Booking Questions & What's Included
Absolutely! You are free to fully customize the itinerary to suit your needs, or leave it to us to put together an unforgettable evening for your experience. The choice is all yours!
A soft bar and our special "Livity Punch" is is included on all cruises. A restaurant stop can be included in your iterary as well if you wish. A premium bar or catered food can be provided for an additional cost.
While we do not provide direct transportation, we can arrange transportation on your behalf with one of our partners. Please let us knwo when booking.
Gratuities are not included. You are invited to leave the crew a tip should you believe you've received exceptional service.
Charter Experience Questions
Our boats and respective pricing all included the captain and associated crew. Unfortunately we do not have boats for rent that you can drive yourself.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, swimwear, towels, and any personal items you may need. Don't forget your camera!
Yes. Life vests and snorkel equipment are included and provided for all guests.
General Questions
No. We have dry pickup options and getting wet is totally up to you. We have multiple options for pickup, including beach pickup which you should expect to get wet up to the knee for most adults.

Like most sea vessels, we do not allow shoes to be worn on board.
While we love our furry friends, unfortuately we do not allow pets on board.
Cancellations & Refunds
A deposit is required upon booking. Cancellations more than 1 week before your cruise may receive a full refund. Cancellations less than one week but greater than 3 days will receive %50 refund. Cancellations less than 3 days are non-refundable.
Guest safety is paramount. Should there be weather that would not permit your cruise to take place at the scheduled time, we will work with you on rescheduling for next available opportunity. If scheduling does not permit we will be issuing a refund.
Your reservation is for the entire vessel for the designated period. Should you be late for your cruise we will make our best attempt at providing an enjoyable time for the remaining duration. Other guests may have cruises following yours, so we may not be able to extend. Unfortunately, no partial refunds for this scenario.
